egurra project facelift

Due to positive feedback from various sources, from now on egurrafile fuzzer is available as a full-fledged open source project. Currently, both content and source is hosted on Google's code hosting platform. The release version available at this point (dubbed 0.1), is a vaguely facelifted version of the code I released a couple of months ago. For the upcoming releases I've already got some ideas in the back of my mind, but ideas and suggestions are definitely welcome!
